Designed and deployed an LLM-powered chatbot platform using Python, RAG, and vector search for public-sector decision-making. Built a real-time React analytics dashboard and trained an intent classification pipeline using RASA, backed by MongoDB and Elasticsearch for low-latency retrieval.
Led end-to-end development of a cross-platform claims management system using React and Python, reducing claim processing time from weeks to hours. Designed system architecture and Figma prototypes, implemented JWT authentication, RESTful APIs, and deployed backend services on Node.js with SMTP notification pipelines.
